The article looks into a new puzzle for International lawyers around investor-state dispute settlement (#ISDS), and why amidst the "push and pull" of fossil fuels โ the draft resolution on International Court of Justice (ICJ) advisory opinion implementation, which is to be tabled at the United Nations General Assembly on 20 May is of key importance.
