At UN Climate Conference - COP30 in Belem, Brazil
This year the UN Climate Change - COP30 Brazil in Belém gave me a lot of new perspectives to life and my visions for future.

Apart from my speaking events, interviews and upcoming media pieces (stay tuned!), I was able to cherish friendships, collaborations, and the intent behind the collective pursuits that hold like-minded people together in this journey for climate justice across the globe. 🌍 Moreover, had the privilege to immerse in the beautiful culture of Amazônia, to talk with many people beyond the COP and engage with them to getting to know their lives and hopes.

In Belém, Brazil
Grateful to Marie-Claire Graf and Youth Negotiators Academy for this opportunity and constant support. What a joy to collaborate with this amazing team and aim for our shared vision ahead!!
In addition, I was able to document young people's activism in and around UN Climate Change - COP30 Brazil in The Conversation UK. Read here:

This therefore, puts forward a synthesis of my findings while in Belem—collating thoughts and experiences, but also checking how it matches the negotiations i.e., whether expectations by activists and negotiators were delivered in such an international political process.
Huge thanks to the amazing young climate activists, researchers, and lawyers with whom I had an amazing time discussing their work: Ana Bertazzo Lemos, Matthaeus Menezes Assef, Dr. Nova Tebbe, Emily Zinkula, Jhulielson Conceição, Nathália Vasques Nogueira. Immensely grateful to Priestley Centre for Climate Futures and University of Leeds for the amazing support!
